Holiness Heroes

Many men and women of the faith have served God faithfully and sacrificially in the Church of God (Holiness).

They have been heroes of the faith in times of hardship and adversity. They have planted new churches, pioneered mission fields, pastored “hard scrabble” churches and taught in low paying Christian schools. They have not complained or shirked their responsibility. They have continued their labor of love in many cases without reward or recognition.

It is our intention in this section to turn the spotlight on some heroes of holiness in the Church of God (Holiness). Some of them will be familiar faces and names. Others may be known by few today even though they were powerfully used of God in their day.

I trust that reading these short biographies will inspire your faith and instill some holy pride deep within your soul.
